Kling 3.0 Omni Video Generator & Reference Guide
Kling 3.0 Omni adds reference-based creation to text and image generation. Use reference images to guide appearance, or bring a video when you want to guide camera movement or edit an existing scene.

Plan your shot
Choose reference mode and attach images for character, product, scene or style. For video input, select a motion or camera role to guide a new clip, or the edit role to modify existing footage. Describe both the requested change and the details you want to preserve.
A useful starting point
Make a small, visible edit first. Replacing the background while preserving the subject and camera movement is easier to assess than changing the subject, setting and motion all at once.
Example prompt
Keep the person and original camera movement in the reference video. Replace the plain background with a softly lit modern studio. Preserve the clothing, facial appearance and walking pace.
Credit cost examples
- 5s · 720P · 339 credits
- 5s · 1080P · 420 credits
Examples use text mode and the current site tariff. References and setting combinations can change the cost. Review the studio estimate before submitting; one-time packs and subscriptions share the same model rates.
PricingBefore you generate
For editing, the reference video determines the output length rather than the requested duration. Reference video inputs must meet the studio limits. New audio generation cannot be combined with a reference video in this workflow.
Questions about this model
Can Kling 3.0 Omni use multiple reference images?
Yes. Reference mode supports image assets for appearance and scene guidance. The number and combination of files are validated before generation.
Why does the editing quote use the reference length?
The provider uses the source video duration for editing. InstantVid estimates the credits from that duration instead of the requested output setting.
Can I generate new audio when using a reference video?
New audio generation is incompatible with reference video input in this workflow. Review the available audio settings before submission.
